NOMOS Consulting joined the Government Accountability Project (“GAP“), together with other 263 worldwide organisations, in a letter addressed to government leaders supporting accountability through strengthened whistleblower protections. The letter reflects broad stakeholder support consistent with last September’s Marist poll finding that 86% of likely voters in America favor stronger legal rights for whistleblowers.

How to end hunger and achieve food security within the next decade? To address this question, top key players in the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals initiative (SDGs) have recently teamed up in a joint research effort, summarising the conclusions of over 50.000 datasets of grey literature on agricultural practices and development interventions, aimed at reducing hunger worldwide. Unlike previous initiatives of the same kind, though, this particular research project has seen for the first time a massive use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, in particular, natural language processing (“NLP”) and machine learning.

The first seminar organized by NOMOS Consulting, together with Poliba Alumni Association – Politecnico di Bari and Politecnico di Bari, covering the job opportunities offered to young graduates and undergraduates by the United Nations Common System, was successfully held last Friday, May 24, 2019, in Bari.
On 24 May 2019, at 14:30 hours, NOMOS will be at the Museum of Photography in Politecnico di Bari, with a free workshop presented by Riccardo Rubini on the job opportunities offered by the United Nations Common System. The workshop is organized together with Poliba Alumni Association and Politecnico di Bari and is open to the public.
